Each room has a 86-inch screen with a motorised stand which can be raised or lowered to suit the needs of the meeting.
Two wireless microphone pucks that can positioned across the conference room’s table, so everyone is clearly heard.
An automatic camera that positions itself in the centre of the room or can also track someone who may be walking around during a presentation.
Wireless dongles that allow users to present their content to the screen without the need for a cable trailing across the room. This dongle also automatically starts sharing the content so no need to mess with the screens sources to find the right one.
Each room utilises Microsoft Teams as its primary way of performing meetings. Simply invite the room to the meeting and on the day of the meeting, from the conference tablet screen you can join the call as the conference room. This eliminates the need for everyone huddling around either one device, or everyone joining the meeting individually via their own device.
Each screen also has a whiteboard app with two pens available for writing on the screen, eliminating the need for a paper-based flipchart in the room for when creative idea sessions are held.
The Blue Room and Queen Anne Suite in the Main House are perfect for holding conferences and meetings, with facilities to accommodate between 12 and 100 people.
The Arched Barn features a meeting room and accommodation with a kitchenette.
For larger parties, the Old Dairy and St James Church offer additional meeting spaces.
