Moving to a new country can pose many challenges, among them being the language barrier. Learning a new language is undeniably tough, but it’s a crucial step to increase your chances of securing employment and forging new friendships within your new community.
We offer several ESOL courses for people whose first language is not English, from those who are total beginners to others who may be a bit more advanced with their English.

Developing effective counselling skills can be beneficial for a range of professions and careers. They not only help to build trust and establish rapport but they also promote active listening to ensure that people feel heard and understood. We can advise you on the right path to take, so if you want to gain the skills to be an effective listener in your current role, or you want to become qualified in the use of counselling skills and apply to Higher Education, we have a course that can help.
Staying residential also gives you the opportunity to meet with new people, and strangers soon become friends. The team are really accommodating and it is disability friendly.
