What is Introduction?

This is an introductory level course for beginners and requires no formal qualifications to apply.

With Christmas just around the corner, we know how difficult it can be to plan budget friendly, tasty, festive meals. To help families enjoy affordable Christmas cooking we have designed Eat Well, Spend Less, a 2 day, one night event at Northern College.

Best of all, Eat Well, Spend Less, is free of charge to attend.

Course content

The Programme will include money saving tips including repurposing everyday items for Christmas, budgeting advice and of course cooking workshop. You will learn how to make simple delicious great value festive dishes. Your little helpers (aged 5 and up) are invited to join the fun.
