One of the methods we use for data protection, and to reduce the risk of a cyber-attack, is to require all users (students and staff) to use Microsoft 2-factor authentication when they want to access the college intranet from outside the college.
When you first click on the college intranet button, the instructions to set up your 2-factor authentication will be displayed. You will only need to do this once.
